Use this guide before inviting external users or demoing mo.bi.
Beta Scope
mo.bi is a mobile-first proof, approval, incident response, and evidence workflow tool. During beta, it is suitable for demos, pilot workflows, internal trials, and selected external testing.
mo.bi records are technical workflow and evidence records. They are not legal notarization, official certification, regulatory approval, audit assurance, cybersecurity certification, insurance validation, or legal advice.
Recommended Test Flow
- Create or choose a workspace.
- Add one test recipient.
- Create a Client Proof, Incident, or Approval Gate.
- Open the Notification page.
- Send or copy the mobile link.
- Ask the recipient to respond.
- Open Evidence Console and Summary.
Public Beta Checklist
- Use HTTPS.
- Keep TEST_TOPUP_ENABLED=false.
- Use PayPal live credentials only when ready.
- Use clear disclaimers.
- Use test data first.
- Do not store sensitive personal data during early beta.
